    人间美味(一)

    1。梅肉(又称梅花肉)
    此为猪的上肩肉,据说每只猪身上的这块肉只有5斤,肉长约20cm,由于其精瘦交错几近黄金平衡,因而香嫩鲜美,是猪肉仙品。该肉最适宜烧烤或者油炸,七分熟就可,稍洒细盐或者椒盐,肉香直沁心脾。个人以为洒椒盐最能体现该肉美味。
    本人曾经一口气吃下六块梅花肉,大概一斤半左右,吃完仍不觉饱,只因该肉太过美味。长这么大,阅美食无数,能令我如痴如醉的极少,油炸梅花肉算是一款。
     
    2。童子鸡(农村自己放养的)
    童子鸡必须是放养的,烹饪之后才会香飘千里。
    童子鸡最好的吃法是清蒸。方法是童子鸡洗净,放入搪瓷缸内(本人觉得搪瓷缸最好,其他容器也未尝不可,只不过效果相去甚远),加料酒,糖,盐,姜(切成薄片),葱(整根入)等佐料。即可蒸。
    此菜大补,前提是整个鸡,包括内脏,葱姜和蒸出来的汤等所有东西都必须一顿一人吃完。绝对滋阴壮阳,强身健体。此菜适宜作夜宵,单独食用。食后活力大增,精神振奋,尤其是对莘莘学子而言,效果立竿见影!
     
    3。鹅肝
    这个东西外面很难买到,一般只有饭店才有。人间美味!然而由于其为高脂肪高蛋白食品,还是少吃为妙。
    (但本人从来不顾及,口福是最重要的)
     
    4。关于鱼
    我认为鱼身上有几件宝,
    鱼泡(鱼鳔):湖南人有一道菜,以鱼泡为主题,大蒜,辣椒,洋葱为辅,制成干锅。上桌后,鱼泡娇艳欲滴,形状可人。口中佳品。
    鱼籽,
    鱼肚皮:具体指鱼肚皮最最中间的一块肉,此肉乃是活肉,而且上面通常带有鱼鳍,且该肉带有一小块脂肪,不油不腻,鲜滑爽口。尤其是鳊鱼的这一块,极品阿!!!!!
    鱼头:鱼头上有鱼脑,鱼眼睛,鱼唇,都是不可错过的好东西。
     
    5 蛋黄
    很多人都讨厌吃蛋黄,但本人很爱吃。原因在于吃的方法不同。以前,母亲为了让我吃蛋,就把白煮蛋放在酱油里,似乎这样很入味。我以为白煮蛋应该这样吃,一切二,倒置于酱油之中(酱油最好是六月鲜,要稍加糖,味精),即有蛋黄的一面完全浸入调料之中。五分钟后,吃蛋白,这是你会发现,蛋黄开始呈糊状,用筷子把它与酱油完全融合。蛋黄糊就做成了,营养美味方便,早餐的必备品!!

    Remainning the spirit of enterprising is the guarantee of our existing and sucuss.
     
    Look at the scene.As vividly indicated,the fellow did not stop running as he arrived at the ending.From his point of  view,there was  no doubt that it was not the end but the new begin.The youth ,full of vigour and vitality,set up an ideal example for us .
     
    Generally,average people work hard so as to achieve their goals,including shining coins,social statues,excellent reputation or glowing glories;But the question is what we should do after accomplishing?Can we  stop "running" ?Can we quit fighting?Can we abandon enterprising?Many a people,especially be in pursuit of development and achievement,firmly,give negative reply.One of the most illuminating and convicing cases is refered to Liu Xiang.As a famous athlete,winning the Golden Prize in Athen 2004,he did not stop "running".Instead,he thrown himself into trainning more strictly than ever before-----he set his sights higher.As a result of struggling,he broke the world record,making a terrific splash throughout  the world.Liu's case is not unique.Retrospect in our history,there are few places that we cannot find such stories.
     
    In the view of the case above,we can reach the importance and necessity of the enterprising.Just as the picture says,"The end is another new begin." In the long run,beyond all doubt,only by enterprising can we make a continuous forward movement,being more successful than ever before.

    Long long ago

    我相信,会有一个公正而深刻的认识来为我们总结的:那时,我们这一代独有的奋斗、思索、烙印和选择才会显露其意义。但那时我们也将为自己曾有的幼稚、错误和局限而后悔,更会感慨自己无法重新生活。这是一种深刻的悲观的基础。但是,对于一个幅员辽阔又历史悠久的国度来说,前途最终是光明的。因为这个母体里会有一种血统,一种水土,一种创造的力量使活泼健壮的新生婴儿降生于世,病态软弱的呻吟将在他们的欢声叫喊中被淹没。从这种观点看来,一切又应当是乐观的。
     
        看了一次画展,妖艳得很。感觉年轻了十几岁,又感觉老了几十岁,矛盾得很。
     
        艺之大者,心也无形,身也无形,神也无形,精气神不可拘壹。壹者,同也,礼也。是艺者当以拘壹为大忌。法于古而无古,接于今而无今。余观历朝墨迹,或龙行虎步,或花间月下,各有雄媚;详其肌理,皆为心动;心动则神出,神出则精生,精生则气凝,气凝则形达。故心之异乃奇美之根本。至心无形,然无所谓异,全及悠游天地,存万物之道也。若精气神三元扩达,则可备血气之脉,乃成养生之主。盖闻形体保神,心随形化;为艺者巧令形神,心物聚生,摹其心之异样,然形无法亦为天地极品邪?艺者,写心者。故其以养心上,身已不必体也!
